Our team is comprised of travel enthusiasts. Our president, Kimberly, is a passionate world traveler who’s explored all 7 continents, over 70 countries, and each of the 50 states. She's turned her love for adventure into a career in travel planning. What began as planning fun family and friend vacations, quickly turned into a talent for crafting seamless, memorable trips.
Known for her exceptional organizational skills and budget-savvy planning, she specializes in creating stress-free, well-coordinated getaways—for couples, groups, individuals, and for families with children. Her extensive travel experience, combined with a strong attention to detail allows her, alongside the team, to tailor each journey to your unique needs, ensuring every trip is both unforgettable and affordable.
AT MTS, we understand corporate travel from both sides. We have travelled for work many times and also been employed as professionals responsible for planning and coordinating travel for others. We know firsthand that business travel is about more than getting from point A to point B. It's about making the most of your time, staying productive on the road, and having the support you need when plans change or unexpected challenges arise.
In our corporate roles, we've coordinated group flight, hotels, and ground transportation. We've also planned retreats, organized team-building experiences, and managed on-the-ground changes and last-minute needs. We've handled the details that keep people and businsses moving forward. It is our understanding of the administrative demands on an organization that help us to to prioritize creating a seamless, well-organized and engaging experience for every traveler.
With a proactive, detail-oriented approach, we help streamline travel management, avoid clunky systems, and identify cost-saving opportunities, all while delivering solutions that align with your company's prirories and budget.
Weddings provide a mix of all that we do: planning group trips like bachelor/bachelorette parties, establishing room blocks for out of town guests, and planning a romantic honeymoon for the happy couple. With so many details that go into planning your big day and the activities surrounding it, leave the travel elements to us! We can be your one-stop shop to organize your wedding-related events and travel, and even help your out of town guests if needed.
Our own wedding was an international one, working with many out-of-town guests, multiple continents, and a lot of moving parts. We know from experience what it is like to organize something like that and all that needs to be considered. We also took a fairly unique (and epic) honeymoon. Any guesses where we went?
Hint: A place that surprisingly has it all: over 5,000 years of history, beautiful world wonders, modern technology, loveable animals, beaches, and a cuisine that is as different as its dialects.
With years of experience planning large gatherings, special events, and coordinating travel for sports teams, we excel at coordinating well-organized group trips. From securing hotels and flights, to arranging meals and meeting spaces, we can handle all the details to ensure everything runs well for your organization.
Our MTS team has been on all sides of sports travel. We've worked directly with clubs and also have been team admins, as well as sports parents to high-level athletes that travel frequently. We get it from every angle on what is needed, in addition to the challenges that often come with it.
Whether it's a room block for your team locally or planning travel for out-of-town tournaments, let our team take the stress out of the process, allowing your group to focus on making memories. Let us handle the logistics, while you enjoy the journey or just get to relax and watch your kids play!
With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and years of organizing and leading school groups both domestically and internationally, Kimberly leads our team and remains passionate about creating enriching educational travel opportunities. We understand the importance of blending learning with adventure, ensuring each trip is both educational and intentional.
Whether it’s a study tour, cultural immersion, or a class trip, we can leverage our expertise to design safe, impactful itineraries that inspire students while managing all logistics. Let us handle the planning so you can focus on fostering meaningful learning moments outside the classroom. We have experience with school trips at the secondary and university level, knowing each element that must be considered when organizing such journeys.
Should you need a guide or chaperone, we are also able to provide those services as well (based on availability).
